Shipping & Returns



-Store Credits are gladly given for regular priced merchandise if accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.

-Sale Items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned and/or exchanged.



*We understand that things may not always fit “just right”. If you need to return or exchange an item we just ask that you follow these basic guidelines:

-Return/Exchange must be within 30 days of purchase.

-We ask that you ship the item back and upon inspection we will refund you the amount for the item. No shipping will be refunded. Then please just buy the size you want and we will get shipped to you ASAP. If you choose not to rebuy the item that is also ok.

-All returns/exchanges must be unworn and unwashed as well as include all original packaging and tags attached.

-Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, shipping for the original item will not be refunded.

*If an item you receive is defective we are more than happy to get you a new one or exchange for a different item. Please email us a picture of the item with the defect. Item must be unworn and unwashed as well as have all original packaging and tags attached. If an item is defective we will send you prepaid postage and you will be refunded for the item and shipping upon inspection of the item.  If you would like a replacement please just rebuy the item on our site. We are happy to take your order via phone, (252) 726-9382, to ensure the quickest and most economical shipping methods are used. We only ship to the continental 48 states via UPS.

*Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and included in the cost of your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
