RETURN/SHIPPING POLICY

-NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

-Store Credits are gladly given for regular priced merchandise if accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.

-Sale Items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned and/or exchanged.


ONLINE STORE AND PHONE ORDERS

-ONLINE STORE ORDERS:

We understand that things may not always fit “just right”. If you need to return or exchange an item we just ask that you follow these basic guidelines:

-Return/Exchange must be within 30 days of purchase 

-All returns/exchanges must be unworn and unwashed as well as include all original packaging and tags attached.

-Return shipping and shipping back to the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer 

*If an item you receive is defective we are more than happy to get you a new one or exchange for a different item. Please email us a picture of the item with the defect. item must be unworn and unwashed as well as have all original packaging and tags attached. Send email to Michael@absurfshop.com

We are happy to take your order via phone, (252) 726-9382, to ensure the quickest and most economical shipping methods are used. We only ship to the continental 48 states via UPS.

*Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and included in the cost of your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
